About Us

In November 2017, Caregiver Tennessee acquired Omni Support Services, the adult IDD division of Omni Visions.

 

Caregiver Tennessee serves elderly, physically disabled, and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled adults through programs tailored to the individual and his or her situation and supports. Services can be provided in a residential or family based setting, in the community, and/or the individuals personal home.

In addition, we also serve as advocates—continually striving to keep person's supported active in their communities and further educate communities about the needs of seniors, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their loved ones.

We believe first in the dignity of all individuals. We adhere to the principle that persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the right and opportunity to care and treatment that enables them to reach their fullest potential and to enjoy a productive and independent life.

Mission

Caregiver Tennessee is committed to create an environment that promotes personal development of each person served.  

 

Caregiver Tennessee will develop the individualized talents of people enrolled in the Employee and Community First Program.  This process will enhance individualized success in areas including employment, community integration, independence, and life long learning.

Our root in the community go back to 1996 when we began serving adults with Intellectual or developmental disabilities living in community-based homes. 

In November 2017, Caregiver Tennessee acquired Omni Support Services, the adult IDD division of Omni Visions. As part of the Caregiver, Inc. family of care services, we operates across Tennessee.

Leadership

MARK LASHLEY

Chief Executive Officer

Mark came to Caregiver with over twenty years of healthcare and leadership experience, most recently as a Division President for Rural/Metro, the nation’s second largest ambulance company until it was acquired by American Medical Response. Prior to Rural/Metro, Mark was a Vice President with Aramark Healthcare, where he led a region that provided multiple support and technology services to over sixty (60) hospitals throughout the Southeast US and Virgin Islands.
